Graphic Design Diploma $5000 Grant
College for Arts and Technology is pleased to announce a $5000 grant opportunity. This grant is open to students who apply by May 1st, 2025 to join our full-time Graphic Design program, starting in October 2025. Graphic Design will be delivered online, in real time with live instruction, so you can pursue your diploma from home.

- Grant is for $5000 towards tuition costs
- Open to all full-time applicants to the October 2025 online intake of Graphic Design
- Applicants must fulfil all regular admission requirements
- Application must be received by May 1st, 2025

Yasaman Lotfizadeh

Yasaman is an experienced graphic designer and versatile visual artist with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in the industry. She holds a BA and an MA in Visual Communications (Graphic Design) and a second MA in Interdisciplinary Studies, Digital Arts, and Humanities from the University of British Columbia.
Her passion for teaching and freelancing emerged as a focal point, leading to a diverse array of roles she held, including leading designer, curriculum developer, program director, instructor, graduate teaching assistant, and scholar.
Yasaman’s professional journey showcases multimedia design roles in various agencies and institutions across two countries.
As a learning enthusiast, Yasaman loves academic environments, outdoor activities, cooking and socializing the most. Currently based in Kelowna, Yasaman shares her life with her husband and their little girl. As a former skating instructor, hockey player, and hockey referee, Yasaman likes to skate, mountain bike and ski in her free time.
