We will make every effort to accommodate you. If you foresee needing any accessibility or learning accommodations, please email Jon prior to Bootcamp at jmatlock@collegeforartsandtech.com
Will there be networking opportunities or guest speakers during the event?

Great question! All Bootcamp attendees are invited to join us on Tuesday, March 24th, from 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm for Industry Night!

Held exclusively for Bootcamp attendees, Industry Night is a Q&A panel where we invite industry leaders to speak openly about their careers. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to industry panelists, so bring your best questions! Industry Night is optional, but we highly encourage you to attend!

Are parents or guardians allowed to attend with students?

During Bootcamp, parents are welcome to tour the campus or speak with a Program Advisor about our full-time programs. However, parents are typically not permitted to be in Bootcamp classrooms unless required for accessibility reasons.

Parents are invited to attend Industry Night on Tuesday, March 25th from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Industry Night is a Q&A panel event where industry leaders give Bootcampers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at their careers and how to succeed in these industries. Bring your questions!

Note: Not all missions will have an Industry Night panel. Please inquire for details related to your mission.

If parental attendance is required during class time for accessibility support, please contact us at jon@collegeforartsandtech.com to discuss accommodations.

Will attendees receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, all attendees will be provided with a digital certificate of completion. This certificate will reflect the 30 hours earned during Bootcamp instruction. These hours can potentially be used towards your overall career planning requirements for high school. All attendees must speak with their own high school to see how this applies within their District.
Do I have to have any prior experience in (animation, graphic design, filmmaking etc.) before attending Bootcamp?
Nope! Bootcamp missions are designed to be accessible to everyone! Missions will cover entry-level skills, and no prior experience is required, we simply ask that you come eager to learn!
